Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the “Universidad Centro Americana” (UCA) in 2001, and subsequently incorporated as a Lawyer and Notary Public before our Honorable Supreme Court of Justice.

He holds advanced studies in Civil Law from the Universidad Autonoma de Nicaragua (UNAN); Mediation and Arbitration from the "Antonio Leiva Pérez" Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Services of Nicaragua (CCSN); Certified as an Immigration Consultant of the United States of America (USCIS) by the Immigration Training Institute and the University of San Diego in San Diego, California, USA; and advanced studies in Finance from American College University.

He worked for more than five years at the Honorable Supreme Court of Justice, serving as Secretary of Proceedings, and later stood out as an Associate Lawyer among some of the main firms in Nicaragua.

He has served as a University Professor at several universities in the country, teaching subjects such as Intellectual Property, Commercial Law, and Banking Law.

He has directly participated in various significant transactions in Nicaragua, notably in corporate areas, telecommunications, geothermal, construction, real estate, and tax advising for various national companies and foreign branches.

Currently, he is the Principal Partner and Director of the firm for more than ten years, and during his leadership, he has been a staunch promoter of the economic development of Nicaragua and the rest of the Central American region, through the attraction of various foreign investments throughout Central America, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru. Highlighting his participation in training sessions on Taxation in Costa Rica and promoting Nicaraguan investment before Mexico (Mexico City and Monterrey), Colombia, and the United States of America.
